NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Project Management

This is a higher level course and is more intense than other courses we offer.

A project manager is the person responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project goals, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.

Often a client representative, the project manager has to determine and implement the exact needs of the client, based on knowledge of the company they are representing. So he/she must have a fair knowledge of the industry they’re in to be capable of understanding and discussing the problems with either party.

Covering the principles and practice of project management, this qualification provides learners with the knowledge and competence equivalent to a first year degree. Successful learners will develop skills and competencies relating to their specific role; gain a recognised qualification to support their progress to further learning and greater responsibility in the workplace.

These qualifications are suitable for learners wishing to embark on a career as a project management professional, learners wishing to develop key competences that form the basis of a successful career in the profession and/or learners working towards further professional development through the Association for Project Management.
